This is that amazing blend of Kiwi, Lime and the Aji Lemon Pepper. 

We have adapted the original recipe from ChilliPepperMadnes.com to bring it to the perfect Culinary Experience associated to Cath's Palate.

The Kiwi is known as the Chinese Gooseberry. It causes a cacophony (clamor or uproar) of flavor on ones taste buds. Depending on your palate, the tartness or sweetness of Kiwi explodes. Then add the Lime! Now that sensory sourness is the merger of intensity. For that added explosive experience we incorporate just the right amount of Aji Lemon Yellow pepper. This combination is tempered with a hint of sweetness by the Stevia and Monk Fruit extract.
