The refreshing appeal of this Riesling expresses the flavor of Peach in this blend. We have infused this Riesling wine with peach while making the palate delightfully aware of the Lemon Yellow pepper. 

While you can pair jams and wine in your culinary designs, we have infused the peach jam process with a N. E. Ohio Riesling from Debonne Vineyards.

The Aji Lemon Peppers add hints of heat builds nicely finishing at the back of the palate, lingering on the sides of the tongue with a sweet peachy heat sensation on your upper gum.
