Many wines are expressed with the flavor of Peach. We have taken the approach of demonstrating the melding of Riesling wine with peach as well as the palate awareness of the Lemon Yellow pepper. 

While you can pair jams and wine in your culinary designs, we have infused the peach jam process with a N. E. Ohio Riesling from Grand River Cellars.

The Aji Lemon Peppers add hints of heat builds nicely finishing at the back of the palate, lingering on the sides of the tongue with a sweet peachy heat sensation on your upper gum.
